Change of mind returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase, or an exchange within 28 days of purchase provided that:
- You produce your original Chemist Warehouse register receipt
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all the seals intact i.e., in its original saleable condition
- The item is not in one of the following categories:
- Medicines (Prescribed and Over-the-Counter)
- Baby Formula and Baby Foods
- Vitamins, Supplements and Sports Nutrition
Other returns
We will accept returns and provide you with a refund, exchange or repair, as appropriate, for any product that is not in conformity and is accompanied by the original Chemist Warehouse register receipt. This includes products which are:
- Not of merchantable quality
- Not fit for its normal purpose, or of reasonably expected durability
- Not as described on advertising, wrapping, label or explained to you
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method within 14 days of return of the product
Provided items are eligible for return, they can be returned to any Chemist Warehouse store- returns are not limited to the store they were purchased in.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
